The February CHEW dinner was FIRE themed, inspired by the elements. Our signature cocktail was a Flaming Fire - which was a big hit! The recipe is easy, for those who want to make it at home!
Champagne Flute (chilled)
1/2 ounce vodka
1 ounce strawberry puree
fill with champagne (we like a dry brut)
garnish with a fresh strawberry
